I am proud to say I have over 20 years experience doing what I love! That is partnering with child care professionals, parents, teachers, entrepreneurs, businesses, communities, and so many others who are advocates for our children and families. My journey in the field began as a licensed Family Day Care Provider, then very soon after becoming a Group Home Provider Educator. As my child development and business management skills were enhanced through education, practice, mentorship and trainings, various opportunities for growth presented itself. Included, being owner and director of two child care centers - administrator of public/private early learning programs on corporate and federal sites. The arm of advocacy for children, families and early learning educators extended to providing training for Head Start teachers as well as Parents. While I possess a Masters of Science Administration Degree Leadership (Business), where expertise in strategic management and administration can be highlighted, my heart is encouraged by those who inspire children. Our team envision that our interactive, tailored training sessions, engaging consultations and resources will enable participates to be inspired, develop their professional brand while strengthening children. In as much as provider educators blossom in their professional development and performance, so will the children served blossom - making good choices... to Act!
